Practices are held in association with San Diego Kendo Bu and the UCSD Recreations Program.

 

The UCSD Kendo Club currently has FOUR possible practices per week:

 

1. Date: Tuesday: 8-10pm

Format: Advanced students ONLY: waza, keiko, kata practice

 

 

2. Date: Thursday: 8-9pm

Format: Beginners AND Advanced students until further notice: beginners skills (kihon), conditioning, waza practice

 

 

3. Date: Thursday: 8-10pm

Location: UCSD Main Gym

Format: UCSD Kendo Team ONLY:tournament keiko practice

 

4. Date: Saturday: 12-2pm

Location: UCSD Rec Gym

Format: Beginners AND advanced students: kihon, conditioning, waza, keiko, kata practice
