The UCSD Kendo Club is involved in various kendo-related and service-related events. Click the links to see what we have been up to!

Events

Practices are held 4 times per week, and allow UCSD students and members of San Diego Kendo Bu to interact and improve their kendo skills.

The UCSD Kendo Club volunteers at cultural events at the San Diego Buddhist Temple Obon Festival, and various UCSD cultural events including the ERC Culture Fest.

The UCSD Kendo Team competes in a variety of tournaments, from local Southern California events to regional, national, and international events.

Tournaments

The UCSD Kendo Club frequently invites guest sensei from Japan, as well as various local dojos to practice with us and impart further skills.
